Outside Goodies: Private dock with covered boat slip, hot tub, 2-person kayak, 2 stand-up paddle boards, plenty of sweet towables and floaties, gas cans for boat, lifejackets, beach towels, ping pong table, fishing poles, large BBQ w/ extra propane tank.

Summary: It’s a beautiful, clean and well maintained house. The only issue we had is no AC upstairs, especially in the biggest room with potential 8 sleeping people. Fans that were provided were not enough when outside temperature is above 90 degrees. Otherwise, we loved this house with a huge deck.
