Positive: From the moment we booked our stay in Henderson, we knew we were in good hands but the experience exceeded every expectation. Their communication was thoughtful, prompt, a genuinely caring even before we arrived. Flight was delayed by five hours due to weather, they were incredibly accommodating and reassuring which meant more to us than words can express after such a long travel day. Walking into the home felt like a warm embrace. Everything was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and so comfortable it truly felt like a peaceful retreat away from the bustle of Las Vegas.

Negative: Nothing significant comes to mind as the stay was wonderful. If anything, a later checkout would have been nice, but overall everything was excellent.

Summary: An absolutely flawless stay from start to finish.

Positive: Super clean and comfortable! Very well stocked kitchen. Nice towels and bedding!

Negative: It was a little dark, especially at night. Some of the kitchen bulbs were burned out.

Positive: This place is really excellent for a big group because of the massive space for people to move around. We had a great time playing table tennis, billiards, and other games. The kitchen's huge, so we get to enjoy cooking and preparing food for everyone. The entire place was clean when we got there. We were also able to bring our fur baby with us. The backdrop in the gameroom was fantastic; we got to use it for our family photos, which came out so beautiful!

Negative: The distribution of AC temperature across the rooms upstairs was not equal. The master bedroom gets the coolest air, while the room with the bunk beds loses cool air at some point at night. The kitchen air vent does not seem to absorb the steam that's coming out of the pot when cooking. The smell spreads throughout the entire house, seeping through the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Summary: Overall, staying in this property was worth the fee. No regrets at all!
