Welcome to Green Valley! Location, location, location! Private home in one of the most convenient neighborhoods in Las Vegas. With only a 10 to 12 minute drive to the Las Vegas strip and the airport, it is located close enough for shows, dining and the glitter of Las Vegas, but far away enough to relax, unwind and enjoy your own mini tropical oasis.
This home is spacious with over 1700 square feet. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with your own private pool and spa. The spa has 32 hydromassage jets that will relax you and up to 5 other adults after a long day, or evening out. The yard is fenced in and feels like a tropical paradise. It is conveniently located to McCarran airport with only 15 minute drive from the airport terminal to the front door.

The Green Valley neighborhood has been voted one of the best neighborhoods for families, location and convenience year after year. You will enjoy mature landscaping, quiet streets convenience to everything you may need while visiting our beautiful city. With only a 5 minute drive to the upscale community of the Green Valley DISTRICT, you will find upscale dining, shopping and entertainment, grocery stores and movie theaters.
This home boasts a peaceful décor with a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with every utensil needed for cooking at home. There is an outdoor grill for that grill master in your group.
The master bedroom is appointed with a new memory foam King bed, that will provide a perfect night's rest, even for the pickiest of sleepers. A private master bath with his/her sinks, shower, walk in closet and a new 32 inch flat screen TV.
The house has been recently remodeled with new granite counter tops, paint, 12 inch tile floor throughout the main living areas, new A/C unit, new pool equipment, new linens and custom paint. This home will make you truly feel like you are at home away from home.
The second guest room is appointed with a new queen size bed, dresser and flat screen TV. All linens are new, and professionally cleaned and changed after every guest.
The third bedroom also has a new queen size bed that will make you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud.
There is a queen sofa sleeper in the main living room with a latex memory mattress topper for additional comfort.
All of the comforts of home await you at this special 'get away” including cable TV, High speed Internet, Netflix, Movie collection, Games for the family, Pack and Play for children, Full size W/D, DVD, and BBQ grill!
Enjoy the privacy of your own solar heated sparkling pool and hot tub. Patio misters and a high powered out door fan will keep you cool on our hot summer days! A lot of shaded areas to sit back and relax on our warmest days.
Please note *****Pool is solar heated. The optimal months for swimming are between May 1st to October 1st, however, depending on weather, swimming and pool activities can be enjoyed in April and through September.

Summary: This property checked off all our top priorities. Location, king bed, patio area with grill. Bonus was a pool & hot tub. Walking path close by. Fully stocked with all your needs. Susan was an exceptional host. We hope to return again at some point.

Summary: When we arrived we were delighted everything worked well. We met with the owner and anything we did not understand was explained perfectly. We loved the rental and felt at home immediately. The weather was warm, hot, excellent. We were escaping cold weather. With the numerous locations to be warm or cool, we never felt uncomfortable. Night swims or hot tub dips were delightful. The owner contacted us on a few occasions to ensure all was well. We can not say anything negative about our month long stay. All was well. We hated to leave.

Summary: We stayed in this property the month of April. My favorite part was the outside pool area. Excellent loungers and sitting area with thick cushions. There were many beach towels. The owner turned the solar on for us as we wanted to enjoy the pool. My husband kept the leaves out of the pool with the net but someone came over regularly to check on the pool and do cleaning. The BBQ was great too. The house had everything needed for a great stay. When we contacted the owner, she responded promptly and was very helpful with questions we had about the area. Getting around the city was easy with all the parkways nearby. We did not have to take the busy freeways to get anywhere if we did not want to, although the freeways were close. Restaurants and groceries were not within walking distance but they were all within a short drive. We used Uber on several occasions and they had no problems getting to the area. The beds were very comfortable. The closets had enough hangers for both our wardrobes. Also robes were provided. I felt safe in the neighborhood and there were walking trails within a short distance. Property was close to Sunset Station for gamblers. There was a mall in that same area with a Macy’s and JC Penney. Also we golfed at two courses in the immediate area. I would definitely stay in this property again. Thanks Susan for an excellent stay!

Summary: For the second year in a row, we spent 2 winter months at this rental. The location is perfect for us. Many easy to reach places to eat, shop, get groceries, gas and any type of entertainment you want. We met the owner and she is so easy to communicate with. We'll be back next year.

Summary: Home is perfect, confortable with a great backyard(heated pool and a large jacuzzi). The house is clean and perfectly furnished with taste, beds are confortable. Quiet and safe neighborhood. In less than 10 mn drive you find shopping, restaurants and more. Great and swift communication with Susan. A wonderful stay. I already booked my next stay here.

Summary: We have stayed at this property twice. We are very comfortable there. It has everything we need for a month's stay, including a kitchen well stalked with utensils and appliances. The beds are very comfortable. The location is quite convenient to shopping, restaurants, the airport, the freeways, walking trails, and parks, as well as The Strip, and the South Premium Outlet Mall. The owner is very responsive and hospitable. I felt safe in the neighborhood too.

Summary: Check in process was easy, great location close to many restaurants and stores, home was equipped with lots of towels for swimming in pool or bathing and lots of space and seating areas we were a family of 7. Got to meet owner who was very pleasant and always responded to my messages. Beds were comfortable, would definitely stay here again.
