Positive: It is well located with all the great facilities. The host and her husband Lino are such a great people. We forgot our mobile phone at the apartment and Lino went back and bring the mobile phone to the airport. I love, how quickly he did this and with love. I really appreciate him for such a great gesture.

Summary: I would definitely stay again if i come to this place. This has been a great place, with great hosts.

Positive: Location was excellent just a short stroll from the beach & restaurants. Accomodation was clean,modern, spacious and they had some brekky assortments for us.Our host Lino couldn’t do enough for us, he even picked us up from the bus station when we arrived in Fiumicino and then took us to the airport the next day (for a small fee) but allowed us to stay past checkout time for our convenience! He was so helpful and kind, we will be back, thank you

Positive: Everything. It's a really nice place and really comfortable. And also, Lino, the staff who entertained me is a very kind man. He waited for my arrival. Showed me the room and explain the payments. One of the best guy I met in Rome.

Positive: We stayed in the apartment for one night, we were passing through. But the apartment is also ideal for a whole vacation, a family with children, there is a separate bedroom and a sofa in the kitchen-studio. There are all the necessary appliances and utensils (stove, refrigerator, 2 air conditioners, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing and drying machine, TV), there are wardrobes, a lot of space. We liked the small terrace. At our request, Lino met us at the airport (20 euros), we had a late arrival in Fiumicino, Lino really helped us. He was also constantly in touch, helped to call Taxi to Rome. Location: 10 minutes from the airport by taxi, 3 minutes to the beach. Cleanliness at the highest level. Breakfast consisted of a set of tea, coffee, milk, croissants, crackers, portioned jam, nuts paste. Breakfast was already in the apartment upon check-in, very convenient, especially considering that we arrived at the apartment late in the evening, straight from the plane, so breakfast was useful immediately upon arrival. Check-out is easy and convenient, leave the keys in the mailbox. Hope to go back there again!

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Stella Maris apartment! Everything is brand new, very clean, and tastefully decorated. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach. The hosts were amazing – they waited for us late at night for check-in and even prepared some breakfast snacks, which was a lovely gesture. Such wonderful people – truly a joy to meet. Congratulations to them for creating such a perfect place! We stayed for 2 nights and felt great throughout. We’d definitely come back!
