Hello everyone!! ^^
We welcome you in a pretty villa in the center of Fiumicino, where you can easily find bars, shops and the market on Saturdays. Just 5 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from Rome, 10 minutes from the famous ruins of ancient Ostia. Independent entrance, veranda with independent kitchen and barbecue, outdoor masonry shower. Living room with kitchenette.

A sweet hammock in the center of the garden that will cradle you for a sweet rest.
Access to a large garden with veranda where you can easily dine and dine in summer with a fantastic stone barbecue. Independent outdoor kitchen. In the back of the house there are wires to hang clothes and a delightful outside shower (I personally once inside I would not go out anymore :). You will come to a 75 sqm villa, independent entrance, totally autonomous, if you need us we are in the house next door (and we will never be disturbed, we will come to your villa. In the common room of 16 sqm you will find the kitchen corner with everything you need to make it stand alone, with an attached 40 "TV and a comfortable sofa bed that turns into 5 seconds net in a double bed. In the small corridor at the entrance you will find the dining corner with kettle and microwave.
You will feel at home!
My father Michele and my mother Enza are extremely available people for any request or help.
We do not like to pay for the cleaning costs (we offer it), in return we ask that the house be left in a decorative manner respecting the guests who will come in the days to come.

It is strictly forbidden to organize parties, birthday dinners with too many people (the structure is not suitable) stag / hen parties.

Summary: I needed a nite in Rome due to airplane connections so we chose something close. David was most generous & we had one of the best meals - at the mouth of the Tiber river The morning we left there were gale winds & our host offered to block the apartment in case travel was cancelled. Summary: Our host, David, met us as we arrived and explained everything about the apartment. The apartment itself was super clean, quiet and comfortable. The Asian themed decor was lovely and warm. David’s communication with us was spot on. We were only able to stay one night as we were leaving back to the states the next day. David also arranged a taxi ride to the airport for us! I would highly recommend staying at this very comfortable home!

Summary: David's place was great and David was a fantastic host. He was so communicative and helpful. He met us when we checked-in and showed us around the apartment. He even scheduled our van to the airport the next morning. The apartment is 5 minutes from FCO airport and a perfect location for next day travel out of Rome. The apartment is close to numerous restaurants. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The next day our flight out of FCO was delayed and did not depart for 24 hours. David checked in to see how our stay was and I shared our frustration. He offered to host us another night and help with any trouble we might have that was caused by the signifiant delay. He is a great host and a very kind, helpful person. Highly recommend.

Summary: David's apartment was very convenient for our early morning flights from the Rome airport. David was very communicative before our arrival. David also arranged for a taxi for us in the morning, which appeared right on time. The airport is a quick 10 minute, 25 Euro taxi ride from the apartment. At arrival we were greeted by David's parents who showed us the apartment and also the local take-out pizza shop for our late dinner. This is a charming apartment and very convenient. We would stay at this apartment again.

Summary: David was the most gracious host ever who immediately met us on arrival and welcomed us with open arms! The villa was absolutely stunning with many personal decorating touches! The property is very safe and secure with a gate and a special feature of having the host right next door. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne which we toasted with our great host, David. David provided great dinner recommendations as well! Best location near the airport whether you are leaving the next day or just arriving to Rome. You won’t find a nicer host or property anywhere in the world! We can’t wait for our next visit!. Thanks again David for everything! You are the best! very safe and secure

Summary: This is such a great place to stay for an early morning flight as it is a 10 minute ride to the airport (as opposed to the 45 minute ride from Rome). David was in frequent contact with us, met us for our late arrival and gave us a quick but thorough orientation including restaurants and mini mart within a block. He arranged for our 6 am van (too much luggage). The home is easy access on the ground level, well-equipped and immaculate. This will be the ONLY place we will book before a flight departure from Rome in the future.

Summary: David’s apartment was clean, well appointed, decorated with class, and easy walking distance in numerous great restaurants by the canal. But what really made our stay special was David. We warmly greeted us and walked us around the property. He helped coordinate two different taxi rides for my family. 6-stars for David!
