Summary: My stay was amazingly great at this location. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Amenities in my room were clean, soap/lotion dispensers full , towels, and kitchen was clean with plenty of dishes. My family will be returning to this hotel. I give a 10/10 stars.

Summary: The hotel is very nice and comfortable. I was charged an additional $185.52 without my consent. I've tried reaching out to the hotel and no one ever answers. I was on hold for over 33 minutes. If this is not resolved i will never stay there again or recommend to anyone.

Summary: We were given a free upgrade to a suite. We traveled with all our kids and no one had to sleep on the floor and it was wonderful! The beds weren’t amazing by any means but everything else made up for it. The kids loved the pool and hot tub! The staff was awesome!
