Summary: Staff is very friendly! The room was hot and the fridge was not working when we go there. We turned the air down and it worked fine to cool the room. They fixed the fridge issue quickly while we were out. They serve a good breakfast, but get there early. Breakfast is supposed to be till 10, but at 9 pickings we’re slim, it was not replenished and fully available until 10. We were only there for one night and it was decent for the price and purpose of our stay.

Summary: Stay was excellent the room was nice mixed emotions about the jacuzzi not functioning but the only complaint about anything else was one of the pillows had hair on it. That was gross we threw it in the floor. And on the first floor the door at the end of the hall My room 101 was loud and squeaky and I heard it every time it opened and closed.

Summary: I saw a cockroach in the lobby on the water dispenser. My room had a musty mildew odor and the carpet felt damp. When I went to check out, I was unable to get my receipt because there was no one at the desk.

Summary: The bed was so comfortable! And the staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and nice. I wish I had been able to take advantage of the pool but there was even a work-around for that! I will definitely make this my regular hotel for trips to Tillmans Corner!

Summary: Worth the one night stay. Breakfast was sumptuous. They show $50 rates for 2 queen bed room in Hotels.com but tack along a weird $30 fee to end up charging $80+ for one night.

Summary: Used to be the La Quinta, definitely needs some room renovations. We stay almost once every few months and the staff is always the best. The fridges definitely talk a long time to get cold. The couch in our room needs to be upgraded, it was hard and stained. There was one roach in our room but I think it came in from outside. Overall the hotel is our go to, we love the staff members and the mental reset. Only downside is the pool being closed twice now that we’ve been there. Breakfast was okay, wish they didn’t get rid of the biscuits.

Summary: I stayed here for 2 nights. Upon exiting the elevator to the 3rd floor, I immediately smelled a musty/humid smell. It took me several attempts with the two key cards to enter the room to get it to work. The room stunk as well. I turned on the a/c and hoped the smell would go away. It didn't. I went to the front desk and asked for a candle or room fresher, and they gave me some liquid in a spray bottle. I went back to the room and whatever was in the spray bottle was not something to help with the smell. I went to the bathroom and the toilet would not flush. I went back to the front desk and brought the spray bottle. I asked for a plunger and was told that they just gave it to another person as their toilet was clogged. I then asked for another room and that it be on the first floor as that floor did not stink. She made the change and gave me the key card to a room on the first floor. I went to check it out and the key cards would not work, so I had them redo it. This room was fine, so I made the switch. I then stayed the 2 nights. The hotel is an old La Quinta and they say it is undergoing repairs. In fact, when you approach the hotel at night, the lit up La Quinta sign shines through the "Stay" sign. This hotel needs help.

Summary: The place was clean, with helpful staff, is under new management. Breakfast was hot, scrambled eggs, biscuits, waffle, muffins and more. We loved the all day long Lemonade and coffee in the lobby. Pool was clean and open. I am taking a star away for key cards. Only one card worked qnd that too stopped working. The key card rarely worked on the side entrance. We got new cards and it helped a little. It was peaceful otherwise.

Summary: Harassment. I wish these hotels could do their research a baby sitter can watch kids at 17. It is not illegal to do so. It is not. Nothing in alabama law says otherwise. As long as they have all things mean for safety and survival they can. Legally i could sue. For one you caused me loss of wages. Two you harassed my kids. Three you threatened me for something that wasnt illegal. Then for defamation of character. You yelled at my special needs kids. He was non verbal and he wasnt ignoring you. He just cant talk. Are you happy with yourself ?
