Summary: The rooms were clean. Nice staff but breakfast is grab and go; no hot line just muffins, fruit, and coffee.

Summary: It’s okay, not the cleanest and when I asked for them to sweep and mop, the front clerk said was it like that when you got in there or what? She said she was going to have the floor cleaned but they never did. I stayed 3 days with husband and 2 kids and we did not get clean towels. I had my own just in case, but hospitality is not their specialty. Ok room, breakfast was basic, muffins, breakfast bars and coffee. Price doable but I would prefer to pay more for better service and quality. I love clean hotels and good breakfast, I didn’t pick that this time.

Summary: Clean Room: 5***** Staff: 3*** / did not have keys to access additional pillows Hallways Floors very dirty & every visible trash can full to the top including those in the hallway very unappealing

Summary: The lobby & our 3rd floor hallway carpet need dirty and needed a very good cleaning. Also every visible trash can we’re full of trash on the 1st floor lobby & 3rd floor hallway & outside the entrance! The big plus was our room was outstanding in every aspect clean roomy & comfortable!!! Have carpets & trash to the level of the room! Would have been 5 stars

Summary: No one came to clean our room when we came back for the evening. We called down to the front desk to request towels no one came trash was left In the hallways from other guest in the future I will not book from this hotel again.
