Positive: Marina was a most hospitable host. Unfortunately we hadn't updated our intended arrival time as our travel plans changed at short notice, but she handled our slightly earlier arrival as promptly as possible. The apartment was superb in every way, and I loved the fig and olive trees at the front door as so emblematic of the Croatian countryside.

Negative: In making the booking, I didn't realise it was a 2km walk to the main Trogir centre, and discovered that transport options were minimal. However, in hiring a car with parking space available, we were able to be mobile for seeing the sites we wished to explore. Since it was raining, we didn't take advantage of the beach nearby.

Summary: Our stay was perfect in every way-we fully appreciated the quietness and lovely view across the bay.
