Summary: Comfortable home, convenient to beaches, shopping, Balboa Island. Mary Beth was very good at communicating and made it easy. I didn't realize it is a primary home, not a rental, which made it "homey" with all amenities of staying with a friend. Appreciated it being dog friendly.

Summary: What a nice property. This is my 3rd experience with VRBO and I must say, I would definitely book this property again. It’s centrally located to Newport Beach, Costa Mesa and Huntington Beach is 20minutes away. I really enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the master bath was very nice as was the kitchen and living room area. We were able to bring our special needs dog and he loved it as well.

Summary: This was my first Christmas since my husband had passed away and the host was amazing! The home was decorated so beautiful for the holidays and really lifted my spirit. My grand puppy loved all the walking trails and all the dog amenities too!!

Summary: This house was very roomy, clean and felt like home. The location was very good and convenient for where we were going on our trip. Walking distance to coffee was key. Beds were very comfortable too.

Summary: We had a super comfortable stay at this property. Really wonderful location, quiet, friendly neighbors and great for early morning, afternoon or evening walks. Mary Beth was great with communicating every last detail. She even prepared the home for Christmas with a tree and lots of decorations. It really felt like home. Our only difficulty was parking. There is a carport attached to the property which was very convenient however our Ford truck barely fit. There is guest parking available but maybe because of the Christmas holidays, we could never find an available spot. Other than that, we had a terrific stay. Thanks for everything Mary Beth!

Summary: Was the perfect stay for us. Close to the beach and the softball fields we were in town for a yearly tournament. We appreciated the hospitality of Mary Beth, and her sweet neighbors. We would love to stay again.

Summary: Very cute little two bedroom and two bath. It was close to the beach and restaurants so it may our stay very convenient. My only regret is not booking a longer stay. I would have loved to make a week of it!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay! Mary Beth and her neighbors are amazing, they were so welcoming that we felt like we lived!! There are so many paths to walk and gardens to explore! We had everything we needed and then some! We can’t wait to see everyone next year!!
