LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!, This Charming house is located in the Beach Community of Costa Mesa/Newport Beach. Orange County CA. 1.2 mi from the Newport and Huntington public beaches. In less then 5 minutes be at some of the nicest beaches in the world. Disneyland/ Anaheim Stadium, Ducks Stadium just 16mi. Los Angeles Attractions 45mi and San Diego attractions only 85mi. Able to walk to Starbucks, grocery stores, and many amazing restaurants. This is our primary home and we only rent out a couple times per year.
Perfect family or duel family vacation rental. Huge 7000ft lot with backyard patio, built in bbq/bar/fire pit with plenty of patio seating to entertain the entire group. The backyard has a jacuzzi / hot tub and grass area to hang out and play.

Summary: We stay at this house over Thanksgiving. Was an excellent house to host the family dinner. Great outside with firepit and a hot tub! Has plenty of room for sleeping and spaces to hang out. Great Family Owners Too! Close to restaurants and bars. We walked to several at this place and about 5 mins drive to the beach. We'll be staying again when we can !

Summary: This was a great house for our vacation. It’s in an excellent location, close to shops and restaurants, and has easy access to the freeway. It’s a smaller house, but it was very comfortable for our family of four. The trampoline in the back yard was a huge plus for our kids!

Summary: A total of five adults and two children (one toddler and one infant) stayed at the house, and we loved it. With three bathrooms and plenty of bedrooms, the space was more than adequate. The backyard was a great place to let kids play, adults drink a cold beverage, and even cool down in the shade. Airport was close along with places to eat and grocery shop. We went on a few runs while in town, and it was perfect for that as well. We would stay here again, but perhaps another time of year when it wasn't so hot!

Summary: Great location for getting just about anywhere in Orange County. The house is decorated nicely and very clean. The 3 bathrooms were a godsend for us three women under the same roof! The patio is decorated with cafe lights, a modern fire pit, and is a lovey place for dinner in the summer evenings. Communication with the owners was easy and they were so friendly! I will stay here again on my next trip to California. Thank you Joanna and Kevin!
