Positive: This motel is in convenient location, newly renovated rooms and amenities were great! The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and comfy.

Negative: Our room was at the corner on the first floor. It was a little noisy because of the parking lot in front of us and the the busy traffic on Lombard Street. If we’d stay here again I’d ask for a room on a second floor at the alley.

Positive: Great location, free parking, room was cleaned every day, everything is new there, comfortable bed and friendly staff

Negative: It’s a bit noisy, I could hear everything from the street and hostel area, but we were so tired that noise from the street didn’t bother us tbh. It’s expensive, but I guess everything in San Francisco is.

Positive: The motel was newly renovated and very nicely decorated. It was in a good location for us.

Negative: The size of the room was a little tight.
