Summary: Really great hotel -- it was clean, well kept, and walkable. Best of all, in a noisy city like SF where it's hard to sleep, the room was quiet and the common areas had minimal disturbances. Loved the continental breakfast, too. The elevator was working...sometimes, which would have been helpful with luggage as we were on the top floor. I did see one mouse run through the court yard, but hey, it's the city so there's bound to be some vermin lurking around. The front desk staff was the best and would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: The price was good but the hotel room is very average. Feels dated, small and many worn out parts. Good breakfast with a lot of options (bagels, muffins, etc). The staff is extremely nice and helpful.

Summary: Amazing staff. Fairly clean rooms. Parking $45 which was a little misleading because I thought it was included. Pool was heated and property well kept.

Summary: Check in was smooth. Our room was dated but clean. The only issue was our upstairs neighbors who were noisy all night. While that isn't the hotel's fault, it is an older building and noise does go through those walls.
