Summary: Hotel Del Sol is a friendly place, feels safe, and has a great location. I don't understand the Resort fee. On the down side - the heating/cooling unit was loud, the window coverings let in a lot of the outdoor lighting and the beds were really uncomfortable.

Summary: First time staying at this establishment. Check in with my doggie Stella went well. Was greeted by a friendly front dest person. I was surprised by the added $70 cost of having Stella with me at check in. I either missed it or was not pointed out in their website when I booked room. The room was immaculate with good room decor. The open patio area with a fire pit and lamp heaters all around it as well as the pool was an added bonus for anyone staying. There is a $50 fee to park your car. Street parking can be a hit or miss, can always drop your luggage and find parking.
