Positive: Angus is a very welcoming host and always happy to spend time giving advice on places to visit. The cottage is well positioned for visiting local attractions (Lindisfarne, Bamburgh, Wooler, Ford, Etal, Berwick and many others).
Negative: The weather could have been better - but we can't expect our hosts to control that.
Summary: Great for a week away in the country.

Positive: The perfect location for a getaway! It was quiet, peaceful, and gave us a much needed relaxing time away. The coast was a short distance and there were some really lovely villages nearby. Angus was the perfect host and the accommodation was spacious, clean and very inviting. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to go back.
Negative: Nothing!! It was all perfect!

Positive: Angus was the perfect host and gave us both excellent recommendations to eat out in the local area. He gave us a tour of the property and how things worked, such as the oven and hob in the kitchen, we were offered a table and chairs to have our breakfast on the patio of the adjoining B&B if we desired. The cottage was spotless and lovely and warm. I would highly recommend this cottage and we will be back in the future.

Positive: A lovely well equipped cottage, right area for us to for where we needed to be, they also supplied a nice little welcome pack so we could make a cup of tea, Angus lovely and knowledgeable on the area and gave us some pointers where to go. Would most definitly go back.
