Positive: The location was perfect! My nephew & wife were staying at a friend's apartment across the street. Bars, restaurants, trams, beach walks, shopping were all within very easy walking distance. When I arrived I was a little disappointed by the look of the building from the outside. However, when I stepped into this beautifully appointed apartment it was like arriving at an oasis!! I felt so safe and comfortable.
