Summary: Room was ok. The complex is a motel, not appartments as advertised. I had a problem guest next door who was constantly arguing and slamming doors and riding a motorcycle around in front of the rooms. Some arguments were with motel staff. Went on all 3 nights I was there. Ruined my stay.

Summary: Excellent location out of the main Melbourne area - close walking even the elderly to shops trams beach nightlife whatever you want is so so close - highly recommend it - Room fine only thing windows didn’t have fly screens so few extra friends crashed but passed out by the lamp so nothing bad

Summary: Room very clean & comfortable but surrounding noise levels ( vehicle parking/ exiting & occupants & visitors especially at 3.15am) made it uncomfortable

Summary: The room was great. Added bonus of simple breakfast items (cereal and toast). Staff very courteous. But very noisy with little insulation between rooms and every time someone near you had a shower the water pipes were noisy. This became a problem when the person next to you was going in and out of the door with the door slamming, having a shower until 2.30am. Not much sleep that night.
