Summary: Everyone was so helpful, even if they had No Clue how to help. It did take 20 minutes and the help of other ppl staying there, to get checked in! and 4 times the first night my keys had to be rekeyed!

Summary: The front desk staff members were friendly, but NOT knowledgeable about food & beverage in the area. They sent us to a horrible, filthy pizza place down the street!! They also had no knowledge of the trolley schedule!! It goes by the front door! The room was comfortable and mostly clean...the mini fridge had not been cleaned after prior guests. The worst thing was an awful, sickly sweet perfume smell in all of the public areas...literally made us nauseous.

Summary: This was the perfect place to stay for our NOLA trip. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable and housekeeping checked in on us each day. The free parking in a covered garage was a huge selling point as was the easy access to hop on/off the city streetcars right in front of the hotel. We couldnt have chosen a better place to stay!

Summary: I really enjoyed my stay. The bed, the room and everything were very comfortable my only disappointment is that my refrigerator went out and my TV could only get one channel. We drove and the parking was free that was an advantage.

Summary: The hotel is amazing. The location is perfect, trolley car stop outside the front door, coffee shop/cafe next door is awesome, and so easy to get to the quarter, plus FREE parking! the hotel covers all the details, clean, very clean, and quiet. Sunscreen and bug spray at front desk, real glassware and carafes in room, comfy beds, and a friendly greeting from entire staff each morning. Indoor parking gets locked/ monitored each night for extra security. Cozy seating areas around and inside property. We stayed in middle of summer, so low season where rates are fantastic! We will be using this location every time we visit New Orleans in the future.
