Positive: Easy and safe access to the French Quarter via Trolly, Uber, or Walking. Restaurants in the immediate neighborhood are within a 10 minute walk. Pool area was clean and attractive. Hosteeva staff were very responsive to questions.

Negative: Our unit was on the first floor. Occasionally, second floor footsteps were heard while sitting in our living room area. If it weren't for this, I'd give the property a 10.

Summary: This family of 11 experienced travelers in their 50's and 60's found the property to be perfect!

Positive: Location was spot. Close to French quarters and a variety of restaurants Mr Ed's is a must 👌 House was large and everyone in our group of 10 had a bed, gated properly so felt safe, parking was on a first serve basis but never had to park that far. Would definitely stay here again.

Negative: Only issue we had and wasn't a deal breaker was it took the hot water awhile to reach temp.

Positive: Plenty of space and nice finishes. Great location and we never had to fight for street parking.

Negative: One of the sofas is ripped.

Positive: The location was close to everything, far enough from the noise of the quarters. The streetcar is 1 minute walk from the property and everything else is max $10 uber ride. There was sufficient room for our large party and everything was on point.

Negative: The water pressure in the bathroom was a little low, but it wasn't a big deal or a deal breaker.
