Positive: Great location. Clean. It smelled wonderful when you walk into the room. Breakfast was better than most places I’ve been. Manu at the front desk was amazing. So friendly. So helpful! I could have talked to her for hours. Such a sweet person.

Summary: I will stay here every time I’m in Provo.

Positive: Room was very nice. Couldn’t find lights or heat. No scrambled eggs at breakfast. Attendant kept telling us that she was making them but after 20 min we left. Biscuits & gravy inedible.
