Positive: The ability to sleep three people to one room, the bathroom style

Negative: The door to the bathroom did not provided privacy. The couch was awful to sleep on and their was not enough products and towels for everyone in the room. We tried to contact the front desk but was put on hold for over 10 minutes so we gave up.

Summary: It was ok for one night.

Positive: Good location. Plenty of room in the suite. Delicious breakfast. All-day coffee.

Negative: Poor room lighting. The toilet height is too low. No grab bars any place in the bathroom (e.g., near the toilet, in the shower)

Summary: Over all we would stay at Springhill Suites in the future. The pluses outweigh the negatives.
