Summary: First time staying in Saugatuck and this property did not disappoint. Great location, very spacious house and amenities for large group, had everything we needed. although we didn’t use them, there were two grills available. Lots of room in the backyard for yard games, and games in the basement where a huge plus. overall, I would highly recommend this property.

Summary: Our reunion group (mostly all retired) really liked how well appointed everything was - and up to date. The view was perfect for watching birds, Canada geese babies and deer. The only complaint was the on line guide book wouldn’t open but not a show stopper.

The communication with Upscale was very good, the house manual informative, and the beach tram great fun. There were a few maintenance items that were responded to very quickly.

Summary: Sunset Haven is the perfect name for this gorgeous home. Every evening was spent on the back deck, soaking in the amazing views as the sun sank over Lake Michigan. (My camera roll is now strictly a sunset album) The home is spacious, updated and stocked with everything you’ll need. We enjoyed practically all our meals on the deck, lazy mornings on the beach and evenings around the fire pit. South Haven is a great town to explore but we found ourselves wanting to be back at the house most of our time because it was just that wonderful. The children loved having their own space in the bunk room and we felt safe letting them roam the large yard and ride their scooters around the end of the street. We are already talking about planning next summers family trip back to Sunset Haven!

Summary: This beautiful house allowed our family and friends to make many memorable monuments. This house needs an additional refrigerator on premise. The icemaker did not work, which is a necessity. The stove and oven should be upgraded as well there needs to be a better supply of paper products.

Summary: As a Parent and Grandparent finding a family vacation spot that meets our criteria is not easy. Criteria: Sleeps 12, has adequate living space for that crew (ages 7 - 70) and is located near a wide variety of activity options. The Hamilton was exactly as advertised and met every expectation for our family vacation. One important detail to mention, when something unexpected happens you find out how good (or not) your property management organization is. We had that experience during our stay. An unexpected problem arose, I called Upscale's contact number and in less than 1 hour their maintenance team was in and out, problem resolved. Exceptional! The Hamilton is on our return visit list.
