Negative: Pool was closed. We were between two hotels and chose this one because of the pool and it was closed. Kids were very disappointed.

Positive: The front receptionist was the sweetest! We arrived early and we had no problem getting our room earlier than expected, the room was very spacious and clean. Great breakfast.

Negative: Unfortunately the pool was closed due to maintenance and they weren't sure when it was going to be available. We were looking forward to use the hot tub and pool.

Positive: I liked the small kitchen and couch area in the room.

Negative: It was old, the tub area had tile missing and the tub itself was old and very slippery.

Positive: Breakfast was good. Warm. Lots of options for everyone on the family. Quiet. Plenty of parking.

Negative: The pool and hot tub were both closed which was disappointing for our kids. The front of the building was under construction. None of this was told to us ahead of time. The lobby area we were detoured into smelled like mold and was dirty. The outside of the building was dingey and aged.

Summary: Ok for a short stay but overall very underwhelming. Concerning about the mold smell in the lobby.

Negative: The parking cost!!! Why should we pay to park when we paid to stay the night? No good directions where to check in (under construction) lobby was dirty. Lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful

Positive: I liked that it was close to the location I was visiting. The staff was pleasant.

Negative: I was disappointed that my sheets had stains, the bed was on the firm side, the bathroom tub was sticky and had body hair in it, and the pool was closed.
