Summary: This was a fun historic hotel in a fantastic location. The room was big with two chandeliers and a desk and a chairs to sit. The bathroom was very small. We stayed on the six floor and had fun with looking ups ghost stories.

Summary: So convenient. Great history. Beautiful and amazing place. Was fun to explore and it was a bit spooky at night which made it really fun for us all!

Summary: On arriving we found that there had been a water problem and the water was brown. Given a small bottle of water if we wanted one. Gets to room 601 to find it dirty, mouldy and unkept. I have asthma so this concerned me. The walls and skirting boards was thick with dust and dirty patches in numerous places. Staff all apart from the girl in the tavern did not smile. Would not stay again as massively overpriced

Summary: Our stay was nice. We got a complimentary water for not being able to access our room at check in due to a water main break. The water for our stay was brown so unfortunately not able to take a shower. There were hairs in the shower from previous stay or someone checking the room. Housekeeping woke us up at 9am thinking we checked out but staff was friendly. Unfortunately price did not meet our expectations; when we visit Salem again will definitely check other lodging options. Free parking was a huge plus and beautiful hotel!
