Summary: Prime location! Beautiful, quaint apartment perfect for our needs. Super clean! Communication response was quick. It was just my son and I. First time in Salem. So we didn’t know what to expect. We were able to walk everywhere. Would definitely book again.

Summary: TDLR: The place is small and cozy and perfectly located in the area for reasonable walks to most points of interest! The host was amazing as well!Longer Version: Maybe I missed it in the listing, but my wife and myself were unaware prior to arrival that the parking situation for this particular location was actually a parking deck about a block away. Now the parking deck was paid for via a pass privided by the host, so there was no associated additional cost (this is a good thing), but unless everything you brought with you was in a backpack or a rolling luggage, then you're in for a workout.The first open spot in the parking deck that was not a "reserved" spot was on the top floor and we ended up having to lug some heavier items all the way down and over to the place.That's basically the only "downside". Other than that, I would say it was about as perfect as it gets, especially for the price!You want better parking? Well you can pay more than twice the rate and stay at the hotel across the street! For me, I'll get a little grumpy to save hundreds of dollars! Burned a few extra calories too!My wife and myself were in Salem for our 20th wedding anniversary and the host knew this. To her credit, there was a bottle of wine in the frige waiting for us! A very nice and unecessary touch! We were just happy to be there, but to know that the host even spent a moment thinking about us as more than just a number, really meant a lot!Thanks!

Summary: We were only there for a few days but the experience was wonderful. Communication was excellent when we had trouble finding parking and they were able to help us out very quickly. The place was cozy and welcoming. Having almost all locations we wanted to visit be within a 5-10 minute walk or shorter from the vrbo was convenient. Would absolutely recommend for someone wanting to stay in Salem!

Summary: I was in Salem for an event at the Peabody Essex Museum, and the location could not have been better — I was able to walk everywhere for the weekend and didn’t need to use my car at all. The apartment is beautiful—clean, comfortable, fully equipped, and lovely. I would definitely stay here again!
