Summary: Reservation and check in was easy. Room was very clean but could use updating (paint, lighting, etc). The price was right for a one night stay prior to our week long rental in Orleans.

Summary: I arrive late in the evening, driving in from Bradley International. The inn contacted me while I was on the road to ask when they could expect me. Since it was going to be after 9 p.m., when the office closes, they gave me instructions on how to find my room and left the door open for me. Very cute and cozy room. Woke up in the morning to discover the beautiful setting. Unfortunately they were booked solid for the next few days, or I would have spent a second night there.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay . The view out of our room was beautiful. Location was great. They served muffins, fruit , coffee, and tea each morning.Our room was very clean. Our room was small but very clean. The bathroom needed a some renovation.

Summary: The motel was small and dated but clean and comfortable enough. The balcony off the room was nice and the view was pretty but the balcony itself and the furniture wa s in desperate need of refinishing. Beds were firm but ok. The breakfast was packaged pastries, yogurt and bananas. Would have liked a few more choices. The area is quiet but not far from restaurants and other towns with things to do. We stayed 2 nights and it was great for our needs.

Summary: This is a great place to spend a few nights to extend your Cape trip and avoid bridge traffic. Nothing fancy, but clean and on a beautiful property with lovely outdoor seating. The proprietor is very nice as is the housekeeping staff.
