Positive: Awesome house at a unique location.

Negative: No clothesline, maybe it is there, but we did not find it and drying was difficult. A clothesline in the garage would be nice. Unfortunately, there were much pollen around and the outside furniture is pretty covered in it each day.

Positive: The house is beautiful, the pictures on booking don´t do it justice! The owner was very kind, we got plenty of advice where to go for dinner and every other activity imaginable. Communication with him was fast and friendly. The private beach also was lovely and "private", as we were the only people on it for most of the time. We enjoyed our stay, the kids loved it.

Positive: There was exceptional care taken to make our stay pleasant and trouble-free. The house was perfectly clean. There was an abundant supply of essentials there for us - TP, paper towels, coffee pods, bath towels - not the case in almost any other Cape Cod rental we’ve had in 20+ years. Everything in the house worked perfectly, and there were helpful labels - on the washing machine, etc. - that made the use of the house simple. The hosts clearly know what matters and how to do it well. I hesitate to give such a good review because I want to keep the house available for us another time, but they fully deserve it.

Negative: One very minor suggestion: all beds were very comfortable, but an upgrade to better quality mattress pads and bedcovers would be a nice touch. This is the only thing that brought the comfort score down one little notch.

Summary: Thank you for allowing us to have such a pleasant stay. You are one of the best!
