Positive: The location was perfect. Quiet. The home was spacious and welcoming, with a nice New England touch. Upstairs bedrooms both had A/C. Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. Lots of lighting! Plenty of clean towels. Near-by homeowners seem very tolerant, especially since you practically need to use their drive to access this property!

Negative: Area kitchen rug was extremely dirty. Luckily there was a vacuum handy. The duvet on the main bed downstairs was very stained, but I found a bed cover in the closet that I used instead. My son dropped his phone behind the sectional in the TV room and we needed to pull it out and the floor underneath was filthy. That sectional really needs a good shampooing. The door lock was a bit tricky. I needed to enter the code 2-3x's before the door would unlock. Maybe that was just me. And the VACASA sign at the end of the driveway was not visible, so it was a little difficult to find. The grill (which we didn't end up using) had food still stuck to the grates. The little yard is very "woodsy", so mosquito spray is a MUST if you are visiting in the summer months!

Summary: Recommended for the roominess & seclusion. Just requires a bit extra TLC to make it great!
