Summary: Room was clean. Reception was friendly and polite. Breakfast was very good but rarely on time. Be aware that there are lots of steps. Water pressure was poor. Hot water in the shower was hit and miss. Pool was small but clean and refreshing. No restaurants nearby by if you choose to not eat at their facility. The view from our room was wonderful. The Spice Suites is located in a rather “slummy” area. It is fenced in and secure though.

Summary: The property is currently undergoing upkeep work. I found it to be nice and quaint, and the view is beautiful. With that said, there are somethings any traveler needs to know. It is in the middle of residential area, and there are no restaurants nor is there anything to do around the area. I stayed here because it was rather close to the international airport. In my suite, only the bedroom had air conditioning— the front did not. So, it was rather hot in half of the suite. The breakfast was pretty good, while I found the options for lunch very, very limited and a bit overpriced. There is limited staff on site and you are kind of on your own while staying here due to the lack of staff. Pretty much any help you might need you have to plan for in advance. The place has potential if amenities and services are improved to make up for the location. Also, have cash at this place. They don’t have a credit card machine.

Summary: Lovely quiet location. Very clean hotel. Great spot to unwind after travelling. Breakfast great and accommodated my gluten free needs. Clean, lovely pool. Meals on pool deck. 20 mins from international airport. Easy to find by google maps. Through a rural area so winding, narrow roads - watch out for cats, dogs and humans walking.
