Positive: It's a beautifully designed home with a great view. The deisgn is very childproof with safety gates to the stairway as well as the pool so if you have small children I would definitely recommend here. The owner dealt with the issues as best he could in a very efficient manner.

Negative: There was an annoying cat going into your food stuff on the patio if you stepped away to go inside real quick so don't leave anything you are currently eating outside if no one is around. Alsoit appears he killed a creature on the cushion outside which I saw on arrival which wasnt a great welcoming look. There is an issue with the refrigerators as well once outside is hot all day, the refrigerators starts to defrost, however the owner had a technician come over the next day to look into the matter but it reoccurred on the last day of our stay so I'm not sure if the refrigerators need changing or if it has anything to with the solar panel connectivity. I won't recommend putting too many items in the fridge in case they go bad.

Positive: The villa was very spacious with loads of storage space. The villa has a fantastic view of the sea and very conveniently located near the airport.

Negative: One fan was not working in the living room. The TV in the living room was also not working. However the owner quickly found a solution and arranged a stand up fan and replacement tv.

Summary: Very friendly owner and caretaker. Beautiful villa. Great location

Positive: 2nd visit here and still as good. Amazing space. Very well looked after. Host kept in touch throughout to make sure everything was good. Would recommend and I would certainly come back.
