Summary: Enjoyed Grayton Beach. We had some issues with dish washer. Didn’t work for three days. Porch swing broke with my two granddaughters on it. The write up said steps for the beach. It was a lot more than just a few steps.

Summary: Pros -Great space for 10 adults and 9 children. -Great kitchen/common area -Well stocked kitchen/ including 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers -Great private pool (but on the smaller side) -Bikes were great -We love Chiringo’s right across the street! Cons -Air conditioning can’t be set below 72 degrees and at times couldn’t keep up -Washing machine sometimes stopped in mid-cycle -Built in ice maker barely worked -It needs a thorough cleaning but was mostly satisfactory. -The only beach on 30A with vehicle access by permit for property owners/ trucks often on the beach

Summary: Washer and dryer only worked half the time. Be prepared to buy ice because ice makers barely produce. The house was perfectly set up and fit our needs perfectly, kitchen could have been cleaner. We had a blast though!
