Summary: This was our second Thanksgiving trip to this property so obviously we liked it the first time… and we did again. Beautifully decorated, very clean, lots of room, nicely stocked kitchen, great location… what’s not to like. Had a problem with WiFi/TV… response to issues was timely and professional. Very pleased.

Summary: We picked this house to stay at for our daughters wedding. It was absolutely perfect! Close to the beach, restaurants and the venue. The living space/kitchen was spacious and comfortable. The 4 bedrooms were all comfortable and the house was well stocked. We are already looking at dates for next year!

Summary: This house is located in the perfect position within Grayton Beach. Easily walk to beach then to Red Bar and Chirangos. Top of house if a great place for coffee in the morning and happy hour in the afternoon.

Summary: Pros....Nice home and equipped well with good amenities.The layout worked very well for our family. Loved the location as well, and the pool being so convenient. Cons...Strange that there was very little comfortable seating on the third floor and no TP holders in any of the baths, since the rest of the house was done so well. The main level ice maker did not work and we never had maintenance respond to our request for repair.Both the third floor area and the ice maker were noted as a features in the commentary regarding the home, so seemed a bit odd. Trash pick up should be addressed better, as the previous renters was still there when we arrived and ours for the week was added to that upon our departure. I hope it was removed by the time the next party came in, because there was a heavy accumulation, that would be offensive for the next guests.

Summary: We loved this property. It was exactly as described and furnishings are top end. We had 12 people total from 2 families and the layout worked great of us. The bunk room was great for our boys and friends. The living area is very nice with a huge bar and kitchen table. Having 2 den/living areas was really nice when we were watching different shows. The loft/3rd floor was fine although not a ton of space/seating up there. We ended up using it primarily for zooms and calls. 2 icemakers were very helpful. Parking says 3 and we had 3 large SUVs and a golf cart fit pretty easily. Outdoor grill was very nice Weber and bocce court right next to it was fun while grilling. When we stayed it was very new, and the owner had a construction issue that they addressed with us beforehand and nicely offered a discount which was appreciated so top rate communication. You are easy walking distance to the red bar and chirringos for either dining in or take out which we did a lot. Pool is literally right next door and was clean and not heavily used while we were there. Boardwalk entrance is about 4 houses down. Grayton does have a very long boardwalk and deep beach so it is quite some ways to the ocean. We got down at 8am most mornings and were able to get a front row spot. Definitely would stay here again!
