Positive: The breakfast was varied in selection with pastries, breads, cereal etc. but in addition made accommodation for a customized hot meal of bacon/sausage and eggs. The staff was universally friendly, helpful, and paid attention to every detail. We celebrated our 48th Wedding Anniversary while here and the staff took pains to extend a special touch to our celebration. The city is quaint and holds a special place in history. A ferry trip to Cumberland Island is a must. Be sure to take the van tour.

Negative: The sleeping room was a bit small which is typical of a period hotel of era but the common area makes up for it.

Summary: This is a great place to relax, refresh, and recharge under the care of an attentive staff.

Positive: This home is so beautiful and all of the staff was so friendly and accommodating! We loved the breakfast that they made to our order. The dining room was so beautiful! We stayed at this home to be near the boat dock for the Cumberland Island tour. We also were able to walk to nearby restaurants. We will definitely stay here again as our stay was so amazing and we felt like we were family.
