4 Bedroom House in Skyland, Asheville

This newly remodeled ranch style house has it all! 10 minutes from downtown Asheville, less than 5 minutes from the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Arboretum and two minutes from the outlet mall. The living area and kitchen have recently been remodeled so that the beautiful mountain views can be enjoyed from the living room! It has a large heavenly hot tub, shuffleboard table and 3 arcade games (Simpsons, Centipede and PacMAn), TV/Movie room with 65" flat screen TV with Netflix, huge privacy fenced backyard with fruit trees and fire pit and an outdoor screened in porch. Tony and I live 20 minutes north of this house so we are always available to address any questions or issues that may come up.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE FOR A BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTY. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE AND WE CANNOT HOST GUESTS WITH A SIMILAR TYPE OF CELEBRATION PLANNED.
The kitchen has all modern stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, microwave, electric stove/oven and dishes/glassware, small appliances (including a Keurig AND traditional coffee maker), utensils, cookware and spices. Three of the bedrooms are on the main floor. The large master bedroom on the main floor has a comfy king size bed, an attached half bath and a 40" TV. The other two main floor bedrooms each have queen size beds and the main full bath is easily accessed from the hall. The lower level bedroom has a king size bed with an attached full bathroom. Only 100% cotton bed and bath linens are provided. The living room has two large leather sofas and a 55” Smart TV with streaming Netflix and YouTube TV. The main level living room brick gas fireplace and the lower level electric fireplace will provide you with plenty of warmth on those chilly mountain evenings. Charcoal grill and plenty of seating on the deck which overlooks the backyard and long range mountain views. Screened in, covered patio next to house with festive lighting and large picnic table with seating for 8. Huge fenced in back yard with fruit trees, berry bushes and large fire pit. You can bring your dog (up to two for a $75 dog fee)-please no cats. In addition to the bedroom, the lower level is a walk out to the back yard and has a pool table and a TV room with a 70” Smart TV and leather sectional. Just out the sliding doors is the hot tub. Lively downtown Asheville is less than 10 minutes away and has an abundance of shops and Art Galleries and its restaurants are world famous. On the southwest edge of Asheville, you're minutes from the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway with its many trail heads and spectacular views. Biltmore Village and Estate is 15 minutes away and trendy West Asheville with it's funky shops and restaurants is about 5 minutes away by car. Hiking, rafting and zip lining is in all directions.
This house is perfect for a romantic getaway or a relaxing, peaceful vacation away from the demands of city life.

Summary: Excellent as always! Clean, close to all our favorite places in Asheville, and the view is spectacular from the back deck and windows. The pups love the big fenced in back yard and it’s so nice to have a place for them to run around. Wonderful place and hosts!

Summary: This was such a wonderful property. It was very accessible and easy to get to and from other places of interest. The property managers/owners were super friendly and communicated well with us during the trip when needed. There were also quite a few small touches that really elevated the experience for us. And the view out the back of the house was just amazing!

Summary: My friends and I really enjoyed our stay in Asheville. This property had it all. It was close enough to the city where the drives were convenient but far enough away that you felt like you were immersed in the surrounding nature. I would stay here again and will recommend to other friends visiting Asheville.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hot tub. The house was clean and well appointed. It was great to have two areas (upstairs and downstairs) for people to hang out. We stayed here mainly to see a show in downtown Asheville, and it was a quick 15 minute drive into town. We also found plenty of places to hike within 1-2h drive (drive time was increased due to road closure/damage outside of town, not near this property).Hosts were very responsive.The house is convenient to several grocery stores and restaurants while being tucked back in an area that does not see much traffic.I would definitely stay here again when we come back to Asheville!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. All the amazing sites to see in Asheville is no more than 20 min away. View of the mountains are gorgeous. LOVE the huge fenced backyard - our dogs had a great time running and playing ball. Close to Biltmore, hiking and shopping. Felt like home. Definitely would visit again. Thank you for sharing your home with our family and opening it up to allow our furry family members to join us.

Summary: Staying in Bent Creek was a very quiet and fun filled week. The fire place was nice to use during the cold weather. If you like to shop, the outlet's there are fantastic deals. We enjoyed the backyard and grilled out several days. We were truly comfortable and the home was very clean and has everything you need.
