Summary: Our stay was fantastic and the staff were exceptional. If we had ANY feedback it would have been that the room was quite warm, even with the AC. Would have been nice to have the AC go below 19, or a fan… because we couldn’t open the windows as so many bugs came in.

Summary: Absolutely loved our stay - great there were no kids (quiet), and the pools, along with steam rooms and saunas are included, so that was exceptionally relaxing. The hotel included tea for post-steam room and you sit in these amazing chairs with your tea and look at the mountains. I feel like the hotel really went the extra mile - all breakfasts were included and they were excellent breakfasts. They also supplied free fruit and a little nibbly bakery item that was absolutely amazing each day. I don't think I can eat a granola bar anywhere else ever again - theirs was amazing - fresh with chocolate on top... peak of perfection. Our stay was fantastic. It's on my list of must-go-backs.

Summary: Nice resort with amazing spa experience. Daily room service. Valet parking included. Would be even better if... they put some fixtures to hang towels and robes around indoor pool, equip each rooms with a coffee maker, solve the long waiting line (of guests already reserved their tables!) to the only restaurant serving breakfast.

Summary: Beautiful facilities. Food overpriced, not many options. No staff/attendant/host where spa facilities are. This means no one enforces the rules. Loud talking, laughing, etc. in quiet areas by guests who don’t respect the rules. Lots of abandoned cups and water bottles everywhere in the spa.

Summary: Awesome place for couples to stay! LOVED our room and view! One of the nicest places we've ever stayed. Loved the spa but would like it to be open earlier and later. Now it's 2pm to 10pm. I recommend 10am to midnight. Great food in the restaurant. Great service at the front counter and everyone there. VIEWS are AMAZING!!! I give this resort 6 stars!!
