Positive: Available on short notice, full kitchen, nice outdoor space, quiet, spacious, very well maintained, modern and warm design of the apartment, immediate responses by host as needed.

Negative: If anything at all, the amount of instructions. I guess the experiences with previous guests made it necessary.
