Summary: Our stay in this house was wonderful. The house is huge, and our family with five children enjoyed the coziness and spaciousness. The comfort exceeded all expectations. Everything was provided — from soap and shampoo to every possible kitchen appliance and utensil. The house is built in such a way that no noise from the highway can be heard inside, and the windows overlook the valley and mountains, offering a beautiful view. Its proximity to the lake and all necessary stores makes the location ideal. And the caring, welcoming hosts ensure you have everything you need.

Summary: Our family rented homes for a family reunion and this was the best one of the bunch. The home had plenty of gathering spaces and bedrooms and bathrooms. The storage for food and dry goods was superb as well. The biggest highlight was the backyard. All the young kids would run around and play as the adults sat on the plentiful outdoor seating watching them and talking. The view of the orchards and mountains was a real treat.

Summary: This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it is a wonderful location. My kids loved playing outside in the grass and orchard areas! The house is large, very clean, and well stocked with supplies. We will definitely return next year!

Summary: Spacious, comfortable house - wish we had done this years earlier! All the amenities necessary and great convenient location. Host/Owner very willing to answer questions and address any concerns/needs. Comfortably sleeps 10 adults/older teens - with all bedrooms having a queen bed each. Master suite has a sofa/futon which could accommodate a younger child. Driveway off main hi-way - steep drop off so be cautious if driving larger long wheel base truck and pulling boat - take it slow so as to not drag at hitch point. Driveway will accommodate many small vehicles and if skilled at maneuvering can accommodate parking of trucks and boats. Main hi-way is right beside house so do get traffic noise but given house has AC windows not open so that cuts down on noise and hey you're in the Okanagan in summer so you're outside not in the house! We will be back if at all possible - Great Relaxing stay!

Summary: Our families 1 week experience from June 5th-11th was a relaxing and wonderful time. We enjoyed lots of rain during our stay but the house kept us cozy and right at home. A huge bath tub in the master bathroom and swings outside kept all 4 little kids happily entertained. The orchard is huge and not only is it a wonderful view but it is literally your entire back yard! Amazing stay.

Summary: Amazing home on an orchard farm that’s minutes away from downtown Vernon and golf courses. The pictures dont show how spacious this home is until you get in there. Our slow pitch team stayed here, and it was very close to the ball fields. The bedrooms were big, wifi signal was strong throughout the home, and very clean. We brought our 9month old daughter, and had her sleep in the master bedroom., the sound was isolated from the living room music, that she slept throughout the night. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We rented the property because our daughter was getting married in Coldstream. The house was extremely clean when we arrived and was well stocked with everything we needed for a busy weekend ! The owner was very accommodating and easy to interact with . Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in the Coldstream area .

Summary: We loved the stay! Clean and comfy. Only tips I would suggest is stocking the kitchen with a bit better supplies (ie. cork screw, pots pans, more glasses). We also had a hard time opening the front door! Fantastic place though, thanks!

Summary: Fantastic property! We didn’t know quite what to expect as this property did not yet have any reviews when we booked. The photos don’t begin to capture how gorgeous it was. We live in the Okanagan but wanted a bigger property to welcome our Australian family for a white Christmas. When we arrived, we were delighted to see the owner had strung Christmas lights along the driveway and had the fireplaces lit and warm for us– a great touch. The house itself is very large but with lots of well thought out spaces to feel welcoming and homey. Furnishings were all great quality and the beds were amazing. I suspect all brand new. The master bedroom and ensuite was pure luxury. The other rooms while simple had good closets and did not feel too small. It was nice to have everyone on one level and have so many washrooms. Teenagers loved having three separate living spaces to enjoy the free wifi and the house was child friendly for our little ones. The main kitchen and adjacent sitting room felt large airy and served as a great gathering place for the whole family. I can’t say enough about the view and the way the property is situated on such a stunning orchard. Sitting at the kitchen table surrounded by windows and the sun shining was amazing. The way the house is situated, every living space has an amazing view of vines and mountains – it created a fabulous rural feel even though we were just minutes from the City and lake. Everything in the house was well stocked and the owners had thought about everything that you may need. We brought lots of supplies from home but barely needed to unpack a thing. The laundry just off the kitchen was great and had a full stand of freezer and full extra fridge. Everything was clean and the house itself in very good shape. The owner was very accommodating throughout the booking process as I had lots of questions. As we had quite a dump of snow, he came by each time and ensured the long, beautiful orchard driveway was well ploughed. Though the house seems on the map to be close to the highway, we used the longer driveway accessed on the other side of the house and it was like the highway was not there at all. No noise and overall very private setting. We loved walking around the orchard and curling up on the comfy sofas with the fantastic view. If you don’t know this area well, it is amazing. I will definitely try to book this property when we return again to the area. It felt like such a good value for the quality and area.
