Welcome to Wren Isle, a spacious 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath riverfront retreat with a private pool and the closest dock to NASA’s launchpad, perfect for watching rocket launches. Relax outdoors, enjoy the views, and explore nearby beaches. Disney and Universal are both less than an hour away, making this an ideal spot for families, friends, and special gatherings.
Downstairs:
Living Room – A large, comfortable space for relaxing or gathering as a group, complete with cozy seating and river views.
Dining Areas – Multiple dining spaces indoors for shared meals, celebrations, or family-style dinners.
Kitchen – Fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and ample counter space for cooking and entertaining.
King Suite (Downstairs) – King bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and all essentials provided (towels, hair dryer etc.).
Octagon Bedroom – Queen bed located on the ground level. Shared access to one of the full bathrooms located nearby.
Upstairs:
King Suite (Upstairs) – Another comfortable king bedroom upstairs, with a private access to the granite bathroom.
Queen Suite (Pink Room) – Queen bed in a charming “pink” theme. Private access to the pink bathroom.
Second Queen Suite - Another queen bedroom on the upper floor. Important to note: this room provides access to the Petite Bedroom and also connects to the “Purple Sun” bathroom.
Petite Bedroom
A cozy, smaller room with a full bed, great for kids or an extra guest. This room can only be accessed through the Second Queen Suite, making it ideal for families or close friends. Both rooms share the nearby Purple Sun Bathroom.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all indoor living spaces, the pool, dock, and outdoor areas. The only areas not accessible are the garages and the space above the garage.
Other things to note:
1. The base rate includes up to 6 guests; $25/night for each additional guest.
2. Pool/spa heat is not guaranteed and is only available for an additional fee on a seasonal and weather-permitting basis. We do our best to provide it when conditions allow, but availability is not assured during colder months or unexpected temperature drops.
3. Events are welcomed and incur additional fees. Please visit wren isle events website for more info. If you plan on inviting daily guests for any type of function, whether it be a hangout/dinner there will be a fee charged.
4. Owner lives on-site in a separate apartment with private entrance.
5. Garage is not available; please don’t block the two left-side garage doors.
6. Dock is not suitable for boat storage due to shallow water (nearest boat ramp is less than 5 minute drive).

Summary: This property looked great in pictures and when you walked through the door BUT once inside you saw the flaws. And I have pictures! Dirty pool bbq and patio for starters Repairs and maintenance issues everywhere you looked. And I have more pictures! Broken rusty seat m, doors that open but not close, screens with holes in I could go on …. Pity because amazing setting on the river and we saw a rocket launch in real time which was a highlight Overall absolutely not worth the high cost

Summary: We had an amazing stay at Wren Isle. The views were breathtaking and we were able to see 2 rocket launches! Larry, the owner was available for any questions we had and never in our way. We will definitely stay here again! 10 out of 10!!!

Summary: Enjoyed the big house with great views of rocket launches. Dock on Indian River is nice and kayaks were provided, also nice. Owner, Larry, responded to issues we had but sometimes this was a slow process since he has multiple properties. Had an issue trying to get the spa heated and the pool was not heated due to the cold weather. House is located on 5 Lane highway which must be crossed to go on walks.

Summary: I booked this property almost a year before our stay, and the house manager updated the listing recently with a list of extra charges, so I got a bill after we checked out for an extra 225.. 150 to “heat the pool”, which wasn’t working a day or two, and the hot tub was never hot enough to get in. They also charged me 75 for a few family members to come over for Thanksgiving. The view is beautiful, but the house needs some TLC… and the house manager lives in the garage apartment, which has full access to the house. Would not rent again due to extra fees and lack of privacy.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Wren Isle. The property was lovely, and the views were outstanding. Everything was as advertised. There were 10 of us and the house was very accommodating and roomy!! Our only disappointment was not seeing an easy way to put paddle boards and kayaks in the river at the property. We came within 3 1/2 minutes of seeing SpaceX launch right before our eyes! I would highly recommend this property and will make plans to return!

Summary: Unfortunately, Hurricane Milton arrived the same week we were supposed to be there. Larry and his family have been wonderful to work with and we are looking forward to a stay in April.
