Designer style home newly remodeled in 2022. Sprawl out in this spacious home offering 4 beds (2 King, 2 Queen), 4 baths. Master bedroom with King bed, sitting area and spa like bath including double shower and deep soaker tub. A second ensuite Queen bedroom includes attached bath with walk-in shower and closet. Provided are two twin fold out cushioned mats with bedding for extra sleeping guests.
Don't worry about being last to the party... two additional spacious bedrooms with modern furnishings and linens boast another king bed and queen. Enjoy a unique indoor playhouse room for the littles in a central loft area with cozy seating and T.V. An upstairs reading nook/study with double desk in a bright windowed space offer work from home environment with Xfinity high speed internet.
On the main level the floor to ceiling gas stone fireplace is ready for chilly nights and late night chats or keep cool with double central air units and separate floor temp. controls. Gas cooking stove-top on the imported Italian double oven and all kitchen needs will satisfy the most elite of cooks. Newest kitchen design and storage with a separate butler's pantry to store all the goods and needed appliances (slow cooker, blender, toaster, coffee maker (drip & Kuerig). Expansive windowed slider doors create a light filled dining and common main floor living area.
A large back patio with mature trees and leisure furniture (seasonal), climbing structure with swings and slide along with olympic size in-ground trampoline will entertain. The huge parking slab (garage parking is not available) for up to 7 cars doubles as hoops for a basketball scrimmage or daytime visitors. Gather front side to the entry covered porch with lounge furniture in a secluded nook setting. NOTE: There is a full time traveling medical worker that rents the separate basement apartment, separate entrance parking, etc.

Summary: This was a perfect home for our Christmas holiday! Rooms for each family, a very well equipped kitchen for making anything you wanted, and a large living space for everyone to gather! The best surprise were beautiful Christmas decorations and tree. Our grand daughter loved the play area and toys. The only complaint were the beds which were on the hard side. We would stay again! Thank you.

Summary: House was perfect, was more than accommodating for our large extended family. I was very impressed with how well the house was stocked especially the kitchen with pots, pans, etc. Great house! I would totally recommend it to friends and would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We have family in the area and were pleased to be able to use this beautiful house to host them for Thanksgiving Dinner It is the perfect place for extended family at busy gathering times such as weddings and family reunions. Living areas are large enough to accommodate visiting with family over and above those that are "staying" at the house. Kitchen if fully equipped - loved the double ovens for cooking a big meal for a crowd. This was one of the easiest Thanksgiving reparations I've ever had. Arrive to a spotless house - arrange in advance for Grocery delivery and with in an hour of checking in we have a full pantry and fridge. We loved he house and it was a real blessing to have time with exened family there.

Summary: I recently stayed for 5+ weeks and enjoyed every minute at this fabulous home. Everything is there that you could possibly need for a great getaway. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals even though I didn’t cook much. Being able to park in the garage is a huge plus for me. A pack n play was available for visiting babies, Comfortable beds and lots of paper goods, soap etc were provided as well as spices, sugar etc. This was my first vrbo rental and it was terrific in every way. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in the SLC area again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.
