Summary: Three level 4-plex offered two beds, bath and laundry on upper floor, kitchen, family and 1/2 bath on main floor. Basement was bedroom with twin size and a queen size beds, full bath and family room. Location was great and kept quiet. Just enjoyed our stay

Summary: The property is exactly as described. The pictures do not do it justice for the upgrades mentioned in the listing. This place exceeded our expectations. The place gave our family of 5 the space we needed to relax, have our own space and gather.

Summary: The condo was really nice. I really didn't need such a big place but it was cheaper than a local hotel and it was super close to where I was visiting. It was well stocked with toiletries, linens and the kitchen was ready to go, though I didn't use it at all. Overall it was a great property, was really quiet, and very peaceful. The parking spot was my only complaint. There was a car directly parked from it so it made it very difficult to park in the assigned stall. especially my larger rental car. So I just parked out on the street which was fine. I recommend this property if you are staying in Layton UT.
