Your apartment:
Your stylish two-bedroom apartment is in a well-maintained and centrally-located condominium with a communal swimming pool.
The apartment is on the first floor. An outdoor table and four chairs are provided for you to enjoy meals and drinks al fresco on the terrace. The terrace is also great for catching the afternoon sun all year round.
Your well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer (each of which is integrated) as well as a microwave, electric kettle, expresso coffee machine and filter coffee maker. There is also a table with two chairs.
Your large living room has two sofas, a wooden armchair, a large television (with access to 140 TV and radio channels in a variety of languages) and a DVD player. Off the living room is a dining area with a dining table with four chairs. Internet access is available throughout the apartment for guests' use.
There are two spacious bedrooms both of which have inbuilt wardrobes. Your main bedroom has a double bed and sliding doors with access to a balcony. Your other bedroom has two single beds.
Your large bathroom has a bath / shower (with a grab / hand rail), toilet, bidet and hand basin.
There are air conditioning units in the living room and each bedroom.
In addition to the apartment, you can use the balcony in front of the apartment which has an outdoor table, four chairs and sun umbrella.
You also have access to the communal condominium pool (open from April to September and from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm).
There are four comfortable outdoor chairs which you can use by the pool or even on the balcony.
The condominium also has a small play area for younger children.

Your apartment is located in the centre of Tavira. You can park your car in a locked underground garage which has lift access to the apartment. With its central location, many guests choose to stay in the apartment without hiring a car.
Your place is within walking distance of an extensive range of restaurants and shops as well as supermarkets and the local market (open from Monday to Saturday).
The boat to take you to Ilha de Tavira (Tavira island) is about a five minute walk from the condominium. There are a number of other popular beaches in the eastern Algarve including Praia do Barril, Praia da Estreita, Praia da Fuzeta and Praia da Manta Rota.
Tavira bus and train stations are within walking distance from the apartment. There are buses to Lisbon, Seville and elsewhere. The Algarve train line operates between Lagos and Vila Real S. Antonio. At Faro, you can take the train to Lisbon and other destinations.
For longer stays, towels and bed linen will be changed.

Summary: We stayed for 9 nights in this lovely apartment centrally located in Tavira. It was spotlessly clean, one of, if not the cleanest apartments we have ever stayed in. Everything you could need or think of is in the apartment. Communication with the host, brilliant. Fast and clear, always. A 5 minute walk to the ferry and the middle of the town. Mini supermarket around the corner. Undercover parking, easy and secure.Couldn’t recommend this highly enough.

Summary: Have stayed in Tavira many times but this is by far the best apartment in which we have stayed.What a joy to be meet Eric and be shown the apartment.This is definitely the cleanest rental out of the many apartments (42) we have used in the last few years.Loved it so much we hauve already booked again.

Summary: The location of the building is excellent, just a 5-10 minute walk to the river and all of the in-town restaurants. Eric, was very nice and pleasant. The refrigerator broke before I arrived and Eric borrowed a smaller version of one, which suited my needs perfectly. The refrigerator is being replaced this week. The apartment was spotless. It has 2 couches to sit or lay on while watching TV. There is also a nice reading chair. The kitchen is great, very modern. There is a nice deck outside with a table and 4 chairs. The bedrooms are a nice size and have plenty of closet space. The bathroom is also a good size. The beds were very firm. Many people like this in a mattress, but I prefer a mattress that is softer. Check in and Check out process were easy.

Summary: We had a lovely holiday in Tavira. The apartment was to a very high standard and a perfect location near the Old Town. Eric was an excellent host who responded to every email promptly who greeted us on arrival to check us into the apartment. As a nice touch there was a nice chilled bottle of wine in the fridge.

Summary: I won't repeat a lot of what has been stated in the previous reviews other than concur that this apartment is tremendous. What striked me was the attention to detail. I don't think i have ever felt so at home in a rented apartment. As for Eric, a true gentleman who operates this rental property in a manner that csn only be described as text book. As fir Tavira, it is stunning and everything we were looking for.

Summary: The apartment was great, spacious and clean. Everything we needed had been catered for. The location was brilliant, easy walk into town where there are plenty of places to eat or drink. The town itself was much nicer than the more touristy places further west - we definitely preferred this. Short drive to a lovely beach and plenty of opportunity for day trips. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: My sister came from Canada to visit us so we decided to have a week in Tavira what an absolutely beautiful apartment we booked and the owner was just amazing his communication was spot on check in was first class as was check out. The apartment was very spacious and spotless clean and everything you needed and in a perfect location we would definitely us this property again.
