Positive: We liked everything about the property. We felt at home at once. There isn’t anything you might want or need during your stay that isn’t already there. Everything is so well thought of. It’s a wonderful house at a perfect location and our hosts made us feel so welcome.

Summary: It was absolutely perfect and made our week in the Algarve even better than we thought possible.

Positive: The property is absolutely gorgeous- spotlessly clean and decorated with style. It’s in a great location- 5-10 mins from the ferry for the beach and the centre and 5-10mins to the train station (and big Lidl supermarket) in the other direction. Great bakery round the corner. You’ve got outside space on the ground floor, the balcony on the second and of course the rooftop pool is amazing on the third. Inge and Derek are wonderful hosts and have thought of everything: there’s umbrellas for the beach, a coolbag and even a bottle of wine in the fridge- plus they gave us wonderful suggestions for things to do. We didn’t want to leave!!

Negative: Loved everything. Just be careful that the stairs/floor can be slippy if you are wet out of the pool!

Positive: Casa Da Torre is a fantastic place to stay in Tavira and to visit the surrounding area. We used the train to get around and this was really easy to access. Inge met us at Casa Da Torre to hand over the keys when we arrived and gave us a tour of the house explaining how everything worked - Derek and Inge were both really friendly and helpful and were available to message if we needed to check anything. The house is stylishly decorated and perfectly clean! The kitchen is extremely well equipped if you want to stay in and cook. Derrick and Inge have provided lots of extras too - tea and coffee as well as bottled water in the fridge and a welcoming bottle of wine - there is even a cool bag and sun umbrella to take to the beach! The roof terrace is perfect - we used the pool and terrace a lot during the day and evenings - it is quiet, private and gets the sun from mid morning. The house is in a quiet area but only a few minutes walk to the town centre with its fantastic restaurants and shops - it's so easy to access everything. We used the ferry to get to the beach - this was easy and good fun. The beach itself - Tavira Island - is beautiful with wide sandy areas for those who like the beach to themselves - as well as busy bar/restaurant areas with sun loungers. The house is exactly as shown in the photos - I cannot recommend Casa Da Torre enough.......it's perfect for a stay in Tavira.
