Summary: The house was okay upon arrival at 4pm the house was hot . AC was programed and ir was very uncomfortable with all the guest. The house was dirty, the sheets on the bed were full of hair . And had to be washed. The bathroom tub had hair in it as well before anyone ever showered. The vents were also very dirty . The living room had not been vacuum or swept. In order to help out we pulled all the sheets and towels to the washer area so the next guest could get clean sheets.

Summary: This property was a good fit for our large family. The house had a great layout and amount of beds/rooms/bathrooms to accommodate us all. The game room was great for the kids. The host had provided plenty of the things we needed like towels, coffee, etc. The location was great and central to both downtown Seattle and southcenter area for shopping and dining. Only things is that we did have issues with the oven that was not disclosed to us beforehand and a solution was not offered until we pushed. We appreciate how communicative the host was though and willing to make it right for us. Overall we recommend this listing.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay with our family and friends. The kids had lots to do inside the house, ranging from 1-8 years old. We wished there was more of an outdoor space, but the garage gaming area really accommodated our needs. The house felt very clean and stocked all our needs!

Summary: Stayed here with a larger group for a weekend golf trip. Was perfect place to hang out and an excellent location for getting to / from the airport and heading south to golf courses as well as north into Downtown. Only note to add to the listing is that the metro from the airport is convenient, just be prepared for a steep hike uphill to get in. With luggage some of our group found this to be pretty difficult. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great time in the evenings with the pool table and other amenities!
