Positive: This was so great to stay at while enjoying an event in downtown Seattle. Easy to ride the link light rail with no worry about parking in town. Wonderful communication from manager and property was described and shown exactly as it was found. It was quite and cozy.

Negative: A little pricier than I would have liked, but everything in the City is overpriced ~ so I can say it is a good value for the space. Coming in late at night, the TV was a bit frustrating to figure out.

Summary: Comfortable, convenient, clean ~ was exactly what we were expecting with No disappointing surprises.

Positive: Nice location. Street parking was not a problem. Apartment was well-equipped. Everything worked well: shower, refrigerator, wifi. Nice closet. (We didn't use the washer/dryer or the iron/ironing board.) Comfortable bed.

Negative: The mattress has a thick foam top without a supported edge, so it isn't easy to tell where it ends. My wife actually fell out of the bed in the middle of the night! Air conditioning is portable and noisy. As other guests have emphasized, the apartment is small. Apartment is dark. You can easily hear the upstairs neighbors; the floor is not well-sound-proofed.

Summary: Comfortable modern apartment. Great for a short stay.

Positive: The location was only a few blocks from the downtown area. It was also only a few blocks from the light rail. The neighbors were pretty quiet and the surrounding areas really is beautiful. Loved the walkability.

Negative: The ac unit wasn't setup correctly, but the host was able to direct us to a solution.

Bed was super comfy. Able to check in pretty early.
