Positive: About 15 minutes drive from legoland and the beach. We were able to gas up at costco and hit the freeway just a few minutes down the road. Tossed the dirty clothes in the washer every night after showers. The kids used the massive closet as a play room. Would definitely stay again.

Positive: This is a very large space that was well-appointed and very clean. It seemed to have everything I needed for a work-related stay. It was quiet and incredibly comfortable during my stay. There is a large kitchen with a washer and dryer. There is a huge bathroom and large closet. A twin sized bed and trundle accompany the main bed and it looks like a bay window could even be used as a sleeping area for a child.
Negative: The listing stated it was a one bedroom house, but it was several units in one shared space--perhaps a single family home split into 3-4 units. I was not sure what was considered a private area and what was shared- it looked like three different units could all access the kitchen space. Several doors from the opened to what may have been a shared kitchen area and another room next door. I was a bit concerned about security, there was no way to deadbolt lock the door to the outside or to the (possibly) shared kitchen area. It seemed too easy to open all of the doors into the room, which was a safety concern for a single, female traveler. Anyone with the combination to the door lock or a hairpin could have easily accessed the the room at any time.

Positive: One large house, configured into 4 pieces - 3 different sections rented out and 1 section for the owner. The property is large enough to accommodate multiple private entrances for all guests who are renting. Clean home, wonderful neighborhood.
Negative: Some of the other guests that were rented another part of the property were smoking multiple things outside my entrance area. The smell was uncomfortable for me when I entered and exited so I would suggest a separate smoking area for those guests who smoke.
