Positive: Location is a straight shot to Oceanside Beach and easily accessible from I-15. The home is beautiful with high end finishes and the host included little extras like pool toys and coffee K-cups.

Negative: The BBQ cleaning fee of $75 and the hot tub $25 daily rate is understandable but a little off putting. If the amenity is advertised the cost should be factored into the daily rate.

Summary: Excellent choice for a family or two in a well appointed, high-end home. Will stay again!
