Outside bbq with picnic table under the awning. Everything included, just pack your personal items and jump in the car.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay here & loved the property. The RV was amazing and the grounds were wonderful. We had the most relaxing & splendid getaway! Summary: Chris's property is clean , comfortable and well lit. I felt completely safe going in and out of the property. It was an upscale rv to me, as I have often stayed in hotels. This property was very close to where I was digging for Herkimer crystals, so it was perfect. I enjoyed the Keurig coffee as well! Thanks for being a great host Chris!

Summary: Staying 2 nights in the RV was the perfect getaway! Relaxed (no to do list), enjoyed the quiet, biked along the Erie Canal and had a lovely couples time. Highly recommended!! Chris is very responsive host if needed. The location along the river is quite serene.
