Summary: This property has the views! By far the best part was the lake view and sunrise is breathtaking on it! This was probably the cleanest vacation rental we've ever stayed at. It was immaculate. The cleaning company was the contact host and they were great, very responsive and helpful. We had no issues with the house it was amazing!! You can tell they maintain it and fix things regularly. Only gave less stars for the listing description category because the beach is not swimmable directly from the property. It had about 10 feet of deep thick muck/clay past the sand and rocks and the water itself is gross stinky muck way out with thick rotting weeds. We could hardly launch a kaiak from the beach. There is no dock that allows water access either. So that was a bummer for bringing kids who expected to have a beach swim experience. The beach is really for views and vibes only. However, literally a 2 minute walk down the road was a state park beach that was sufficient for swimming so we didnt mind too much, but even at that spot the kids needed water shoes and it was kinda stinky. But even in spite of that, we would still consider returning to the property because every other aspect of it was so awesome! We really do recommend it, just be prepared for the beach issues if your intention is to swim. The backyard was HUGE and the grass is well maintained and soft. They also provided firewood. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. It really was the perfect Michigan summer experience!

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Rogers City, right in front of Lake Huron. The house was impeccably clean, and Ashley was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we were all settled in to start our family vacation. We loved it so much that we’ve already booked the property again for our 2025 family vacation. Highly recommend!

Summary: My family traveled from 3 different states for our vacation this summer. This house was absolutely fantastic! Plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms for everyone, and perfect spot on Lake Huron. The house and property was perfect for our family reunion and will definitely come back to enjoy again!! Summary: The property was well maintained and very clean. Plenty of space for our group of 10. Beautiful lawn and great access to the beach. Everyone had the opportunity to spread out if they needed/wanted to. We had a wonderful 4th of July vacation at this listing!

Summary: This property was absolutely perfect! Our family stayed here for our annual family vacation, 13 of us aging from 6 to 74. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room to roam. The home was spotlessly cleaned, the beds were comforable, plenty of bathrooms, and a nicely furnished kitchen. This home was right on the beach with a huge yard and amazing views from every window. We were able to play kickball and soccer, we had a waterballon fight, and enjoyed the soft lawn. Then we would head down to the beach for swimming, rock collecting, kayaking and fishing! There is a lovely fire pit and picnic table by the beach that we spent hours at! The 1st floor bathroom has a spa tub and huge shower that the kids fell in love with (1st time they suggested baths instead of being forced, lol). Ashley, the property manager, is amazing! We had a few questions after we arrived, and a few issues throughout our stay (self inflicted problems...note there is a panic button in the furthest bedroom, that when pushed, will set off the alarm, and alert 911, the owners, and everyone within a mile radius). Ashley was great and most helpful through all of our silly questions and self inflicted issues! She even showed up on Thursday to take the garbage out, and see if everything was going ok. Best communication I have ever had with a VRBO host!!!

Summary: We had a wonderful family trip!! So much room to move around for all six adults in your beautiful house. The pictures don’t do it justice!! I loved all the cute “nooks” where you could have comfortable quiet times alone to read or relax. The views were incredible!! To have a yard to play games, in the softest grass ever, and then walk right onto the sand and up to the clear water was so amazing!! I would recommend water shoes, as the bottom of the lake is quite rocky with some sandy spots!! Ashley from “Evolve” and Jason were so friendly and helpful with everything from recommending restaurants (Rosa’s delicious portions and pricing were fantastic!) to any small fixes that might be needed. It was, without a doubt, a fantabulous Lake Vacation!!

Summary: We had the best stay during our time at Rogers City. The house was clean and very well stocked! Had everything we needed. The view of Lake Huron was stunning, the house had a nice sized yard for our kids to play in, and a fire pit in the most perfect stop. I would recommend this property and I cannot wait to go back. Thank you to the host for always responding quickly and being so warm and welcome. We are absolutely in love with this property.
