Comfy 3100 square feet designer home with views over the Carmel Valley. Perfect for a large family or friends who want to enjoy wine country, Big Sur, golf, hiking, car week, the beaches, and the stunning nature all around the property.
Downstairs
There is a large library-style living room with a cozy fireplace and an open dining room and powder room. The kitchen has a 48" SubZero fridge, a 36" gas stove, and double wall ovens. The laundry room with brand new front-load washer and dryer. French doors open from the dining area and the living room onto a large terrace with hanging macrame chairs, a Green egg BBQ, and a patio table that seats eight. Heat lamps also help you stay cozy while enjoying the late evenings and spectacular night sky views because there is minimal light pollution. An expansive terrace below has a firepit with comfy chairs, perfect for smores and wine. The multiple decks are an oasis with succulents, flowers, and plants.
Second floor
Upstairs you'll find three spacious bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king a size bed and an en suite bathroom with a separate shower and tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a balcony that offers stunning views. The third bedroom can be used as an office with a desk or a third bedroom with two twin-size beds or placed together to create one king bed. On the second floor, you'll also find a second bathroom with a shower-bath combo, a living room with 16 feet ceilings, an oversized couch, and a 65" TV. Summary: Soren and Nichole's place was one of 8 properties we booked for Monterey car week. It was the perfect place to house me and my colleagues and retreat from the daily hustle of our event. My only wish is that our team wasn't working so hard so we could have enjoyed the property more!!! Would book here again next year!
