Summary: This is a beautiful home that has many unique rooms and space for ten. Everything is spotless and beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is cute and walkable to the village, though dangerous to not be seen at night by drivers. My check in was friendly and specific as the host and I mapped out the parking, and I thought we agreed. Even though three of our cars carpooled and we were parked in the arrangement I thought was agreed, an awful scene ensued by the hosts. Four of our party were rattled as they left dinner prep to move their cars- and were harangued by the host. “We’re not a hotel” and “you’re a liar” are what I recall. Thankfully, helpful messages came the next day, though no apology. For a home this size, either explicit requirements for extra cars to be shuttled into the village, or parking passes on the street ought to be available for visitors.

Summary: My family absolutely loved this property! A wonderful place for a family gathering of up to 10 people. The owners were also extremely helpful when we needed anything. I highly recommend staying here

Summary: We had an amazing time at the property! The house was clean and comfortable, appliances worked well, the space is great for hanging out: there’s plenty of living spaces for people to be either together or separate. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean. Cindy and Mike were responsive and helpful, we just needed a new propane tank for the grill and they very quickly were by with a new tank. It was a great spot, would be happy to return and stay again!

Summary: We had a lovely time here! It is a large place - perfect for my husband and I, our four kids (each got their own bedroom), and my parents (and our dog). We came down for a few days to celebrate my Mom's 80th birthday. It is a great central location for exploring Carmel and Monterey, and for escaping to sunshine from the fog along the coast. We had fun going for walks / runs in the neighborhood (seeing deer and turkeys) and at Garland Ranch Regional Park. Cindy was an amazing attentive hostess, met us shortly after we arrived at the property and was available for any questions we had. We spent a lot of time sitting outside under the trees playing board games. It was lovely - would definitely recommend it to others.

Summary: Great to have bedrooms for all 6 women on a tennis getaway. Home was comfortable and conveniently located near Carmel Village and Tennis facility. Host was very responsive to our requests and the kitchen was well stocked for our cooking and dining needs.
