Positive: Location, breakfast and lovely setting- very comfortable and quiet area with lovely surrounding landscaping and grounds.

Negative: Coffee- Peerless French Roast or something stronger- I often travel with my own coffee makings, though as I am a coffee snob, ha-ha. Not a deal breaker for me! Ice machine was out- but it was hot weather. May need to add another ice machine to property.
